Workshop description:
Join our in-house osteopath Yulia Wind for a practical Back Care Workshop for Golfers designed to improve spinal health, mobility, and performance on the course.
With over 25 years of experience in Pilates, yoga and working as an Osteopath within the NHS and privately, Yulia will guide you through targeted exercises and techniques to help prevent back pain and golf-related injuries.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:
- Strengthen your core and spine for a more powerful and balanced golf swing
- Improve mobility, posture, and flexibility for better range of motion
- Understand and address common back issues in golfers
- Take home simple Pilates and yoga-based exercises to keep your back strong and pain-free
Ideal for golfers of all levels and anyone interested in back care and movement for spinal health.
No previous yoga or Pilates experience required.
