Using balance, breath and encouraging curiosity this session will encourage you to inhabit your body more fully and with more joy.
This is a session of gentle discovery, where stability meets curiosity and every posture offers a choice of paths. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning as an old friend, you’ll find space here to explore at your own pace, with options offered throughout to meet you exactly where you are.
Your ticket includes entry to Basildon Park so you can take time to wander around the beautiful gardens, visit the house and enjoy refreshments in the warm evening.
This movement session is outside in the beautiful gardens of Basildon Park. Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat.
