Dynamic Yoga Classes
Try our Vinyasa, Rocket or Strength and Stretch Classes to get a sweat on and challenge yourself.

Functional Movement
Our Pilates and Functional Flow classes focus on movements that make day to day life more comfortable. These classes leave you feeling open, stretched, strong and relaxed.

Restful and Mindful Practises
Yin Yoga, Slow Flow to Yin, Restorative Yoga and Breath Work classes will leave you feeling grounded and help to reduce tension.

Begin your Ashtanga Self Practice Journey

Take 4 x 45 minute taster sessions to begin learning the Ashtanga Primary sequence by heart. You must take the sessions within a 4 week period in order to build your practice and memory of the poses.

You will be assisted by the teacher and the main focus is for you to learn the poses step by step and build your confidence to join the full Ashtanga Self Practice classes in future.
