This workshop is ideal for anyone who has had a C-section, and wants to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being. 

Learn simple techniques you can do at home to improve these common lasting effects of a C-Section:

  •  Your scar, hips or tummy feel tight or pulls when stretching or moving
  •  Your scar is numb, tingly, or overly sensitive
  •  Your core feels weak or ‘disconnected’
  •  You experience back pain or find movement harder than it should be
  •  You feel heaviness or weakness in your pelvic area
  •  You experience occasional leaking or tension
  •  You avoid touching or looking at your scar
  •  You feel disconnected from your lower tummy or carry emotional tension

About Your Host

Gemma Miles is a Women’s Health Specialist with a background in Soft Tissue Therapy and Pilates. She helps women restore strength, mobility, and confidence after a C-section using scar massage, breathwork, and core rehabilitation. This workshop provides expert guidance in a supportive space, whether your C-section was weeks or years ago.
