An explorative workshop that brings together modern science and ancient wisdom to explore the intricate relationship your breathing has with your inner state, relationship with stress and well being.
We each have an individual breath pattern and habit, reflecting our unique responses to stress and safety, based on personal perceptions, experiences, resilience, and capacity to regulate. By understanding the reasons your breath orchestrates itself the way that it does, you gain the potential to revolutionise your body’s relationship with stress, presence, and overall well being. It truly is the gateway to connecting to your inner essence.
The day will be both educational and experiential, ending in a deeply immersive Conscious Connected Breathwork Session to fully immersive in the transformative power of your breath. I will guide you through a practice that connects you to your body, emotions, and spirit, helping you release any stuck energy, trauma, or negative patterns that hold you back from living your fullest life.

Natalie is a deeply compassionate Breathwork Science and Trauma practitioner driven by an unwavering desire to guide individuals towards overcoming their emotional pain, master stress and resolve life’s challenges.
Liberating people sits at the core of her practice, which integrates cutting edge physiological science and protocols to deliver impactful and lasting transformations.
Natalie runs a 121 practice working with acute needs, classes that guide deep connection to self, transformational retreats. She also supports Seven Directions Breathwork school as a student Mentor and guide others to reach their potential as a breathwork practitioner.
