Common questions
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. Layers are good as the room temperature varies. You’ll be barefoot.
Do I need to bring anything?
Mats and props are provided. Bring water and a towel if you like.
Do I need to book?
Yes, through PunchPass. Create a free account, then book into a class.
Where are you?
Aroma House, 3-5 Cremyll Road, Reading, RG1 8NQ. Free parking on site.
I’ve never done yoga before — will I be OK?
Absolutely. Many of our students started as complete beginners. All teachers work with every level and will help you adapt.
What if I can’t touch my toes?
You don’t need to! Every pose can be adapted to suit your body.
