Emma Stewart is a dedicated, skilful and inspired teacher. Thanks to her knowledge, motivation and support I was able to get through my first class of Strength and Conditioning for Yoga. The class I went on Thursday 5th September, has helped me to understand my body better to delve deeper into my yoga practice. I am looking forward to the next session.
