Are you a yoga teacher looking to enhance your students’ practice? Perhaps students often complain of knee pain in hip rotation poses, difficulty in spinal twists or alignment issues in standing poses?

This is often due to a lack of strengthening in other areas of the body.

Our Progressive Sequencing Workshop breaks down complex poses into manageable steps and drills, so you can help students safely advance in their practice.

During the workshop, we will:

  • Learn how to identify and modify poses that commonly cause pain or discomfort.
  • Focus on spine rotation and hip opening techniques to alleviate knee pain in the standing poses.
  • Methodically break down poses into their individual components and learn how to reassemble them into full expressions, guided by anatomy.
  • Explore how different body types affect pose execution and learn how to make necessary adjustments.
  • Cover the importance of drills and regressions for foundational poses like Trikonasana.
  • Share techniques to ensure your students practice with correct alignment and understanding.

By the end of the session, you’ll come away with an understanding of how to create regressed and modified positions for gradual progression. So you feel confident adapting poses to your students’ bodies and ability levels.

Book before 16th September and get your spot for the early bird price of £95.
