Begin your Ashtanga Self Practice Journey
Take 4 x 45 minute taster sessions to begin learning the Ashtanga Primary sequence by heart. You must take the sessions within a 4 week period in order to build your practice and memory of the poses.
You will be assisted by the teacher and the main focus is for you to learn the poses step by step and build your confidence to join the full Ashtanga Self Practice classes in future.
