How often have you seen your students stop exercising, or pause their yoga practice, because of repeated injuries or continual niggles when training?

Would you like to understand why common movements could be causing them pain? A lot of these issues are avoidable with a range of practical modifications and progressions to insure a safe and healthy approach to your teaching.

This workshop will provide you with an understanding of functional anatomy so you can work with students to safely modify their practice.

In this workshop you will:

  • Review anatomy in relation to common movement patterns and injuries.
  • Understand different body types at a glance and how to support them effectively in your class/session
  • Gain essential tips for protecting knees, hips and shoulders
  • Receive clinical advice for avoiding or rehabbing injuries
  • Understand when to refer to other professionals!

This fast- paced mini course will ensure you feel confident in the studio and clinic space. You’ll gain a solid understanding of pain patterns associated with common movements and their implications. You’ll know exactly when to refer clients for further care, and you’ll acquire the skills to guide them effectively toward achieving and advancing through desired poses and exercises. Additionally, you’ll master practical adaptations and modifications to ensure safe, healthy movement progression, minimising the risk of injury.

Book before 16th September and get your spot for the early bird price of £95.
