Experience the benefits of a daily morning Ashtanga practice with us.

Our Ashtanga Intensive provides 4 days of supported Ashtanga practice plus a theory workshop with brunch.

Over these 4 days you will be supported to deepen your daily Ashtanga practice. There are huge benefits from practicing consistently but we know how hard it can be to establish this routine.

This intensive will act as a catalyst to really help you feel the changes that a daily practice can bring. You will also have time to ask questions and really immerse yourself in what the practice has to offer.

Sunday 9:00am -11:00am followed by brunch together (family welcome to join us for brunch)

Monday – Wednesday 6:30am – 8:30am supported practice with Raili/Katia

This intensive is suitable for existing and new practitioners.

If you are new to Self Practice you are welcome to join and we will support you to learn the sequence and start your journey with Ashtanga yoga.
