Hamish is one of only a few Certified Ashtanga teachers in the UK. He runs a daily Mysore programme in Euston, London which is an amazing experience to attend.

We are absolutely delighted that he is coming to Reading to share some of his vast experience & knowledge.

The day will begin with a morning Mysore self practice with staggered start times.

After a break for brunch, Hamish will cover practice techniques and some philosophy of yoga; there will be plenty of time at the end to answer students’ questions. We know the workshop will be inspiring and enjoyable.

The workshop is suitable for those students self-practicing Primary Series up to Maricasana B (and all series beyond).

If you have a long practice, please let us know.

Please note it may not be possible to get the time you want so book early as there will be limited numbers.

Start times will be allocated and confirmed by email to you the week before the workshop.
