Our Ashtanga Intensive provides 4 days of supported Ashtanga practice plus a theory workshop with brunch.
You will have time to ask questions and really immerse yourself in what the practice has to offer.

This intensive is suitable for existing and new practitioners.

If you are new to Self Practice you are welcome to join and we will support you to learn the sequence and start your journey with Ashtanga yoga.
