Get under the skin of face yoga and really understand how you can brighten, tighten and lift this area of the body without any harsh interventions!
In this nourishing two-hour workshop, you’ll explore with Julie the subtle power of the face through a rich blend of practices — from traditional face yoga and Marma point massage to cranio-sacral touch and embodied voice work.
You’ll learn how to massage and release tension from the face, tone and firm the muscles, and gently smooth the skin through mindful, circulatory movement. We’ll work to open the eyes and soften the gaze, drain dark circles, and invite a sense of brightness and vitality from within. With care and curiosity, we’ll also explore the deep structures of the cranium, awakening the resonance of the voice and the quiet intelligence of the nervous system.
This is not just a beauty ritual, but a way to feel more alive, more expressive, and more at home in your own face. No experience needed — just bring your breath, your presence, and your beautiful face.
About Julie Pons Woods
Julie is an experienced Yoga Therapist, Anatomy Teacher and a Movement Facilitator. She specialises in teaching anatomy and somatic movement through embodied anatomy and movement courses.
She offers yoga therapy and anatomy workshops throughout England and
Europe.
